About Me —
I am Dr. G.D., a Holistic Minister, Author, and the Founder of Truelight-Trueself.com. For as long as I can remember, I have been a seeker of truth, drawn to the deeper quiet and meaning of life. My personal mission is to help you figure out who you really are, gain clarity on your direction, and build genuine inner confidence. As a holistic minister and spiritual advisor, I spend time exploring multiple ancient teachings and timeless traditions, translating them into clear, modern, and accessible insights. By stripping away complexity and jargon, I present these practical tools to you in a comprehensible way, helping you dissolve self-doubt and reconnect with your inner strength.
My lifelong journey into this work has been shaped by decades of dedicated learning. I started out in the field of education, but soon realized my truest purpose was helping people grow and heal from the inside out. This path led me to complete advanced studies in spiritual leadership, holistic ministry, and human wellness, exploring sacred writings and mystical traditions from all around the world. Across every path I studied, I discovered a single, universal truth: love is at the core of everything, and knowing your true self is the doorway to lasting inner peace.
Grounded in deep study rather than rigid rules, my work is open to everyone, honoring all backgrounds and beliefs. My passion is writing books, creating daily guides, and sharing resources that make timeless wisdom easy to understand and use. Through gentle teachings, quiet reflection, and practical tools, I aim to offer a safe, welcoming space where your heart can rest, heal, and grow.
My approach blends deep spiritual insights with a very grounded, practical outlook. I found that true healing is not about fortune-telling or complicated theories; it is about remembering who you really are, recognizing your unique timing, and learning the lessons that help you move forward with confidence.
As a Holistic Minister, my life’s work is to help you discover who you were meant to be. Through the books I write and publish, my daily blog posts, transformative reflections, structured spiritual courses, and personalized life-path and alignment guidance, I am here to provide you with the practical tools you need to reconnect with your inner truth. Everything I create is designed to bridge the gap between ancient wisdom and your everyday life, helping you quiet self-doubt, find deep clarity, and walk your true path with confidence.

My Nakshatras Journey
My path to Vedic astrology was neither a passing trend nor an echo of someone else’s journey—it was a calling that chose me long before I could comprehend it, written into the very fabric of my existence.
Every soul arrives with a cosmic blueprint crafted at birth: a living roadmap of memory, purpose, and potential. At the heart of this ancient science lie the Nakshatras—the sacred lunar mansions that act as portals into our deepest truths. More than celestial positions, each Nakshatra carries its own archetype, myth, deity, and unique energetic pulse. They do not merely describe who we are; they speak directly to the soul, illuminating the karmic stories we came here to resolve and the divine gifts we are meant to reclaim.
-
My own journey through the Nakshatras has been marked by both challenge and awakening. In my chart, nine Nakshatras weave together a Nadi thread, each one offering a distinct lesson:
-
Purva Bhadrapada (Moon): Transformation through intensity
-
Magha (Sun + Ketu): Humility through ancestry
-
Krittika (Saturn): Discipline through fire
-
Hasta (Venus): Healing through service
-
Shatabhisha (Rahu): Truth through curiosity
-
Swati (Jupiter): Wisdom through independence
-
Ashlesha (Mars): Mastery through hidden strength
-
Uttara Phalguni (Mercury + Ascendant): Responsibility through partnership
Together, these Nakshatras form a living thread of destiny, a cosmic script that continues to guide my growth. Each one is a doorway into deeper self-understanding, reminding us that the soul’s evolution is not linear but woven through challenges, gifts, and profound transformation.
